Meet the directors
Letitia Simone & Andrés Sosa
World-class Argentine Tango artists, teachers, performers and organisers, Letitia Simone and Andrés Sosa are based between London and Buenos Aires. They actively perform in leading Buenos Aires Tango theatres including Tango Porteño, teach and perform in some of the city's most recognised milongas, and appear at Tango festivals and events across Europe, Asia and Latin America.
Letitia is a professionally trained classical dancer and movement expert, while Andrés is Argentine, with deep roots in Argentine folklore and traditional Tango and a professional career that includes dancing with the renowned Tango x2 Company. Together, they have worked with some of Tango's most celebrated and iconic figures.
Through Tango en el Alma, they bring together high-level teaching, private coaching, Abrázame Milonga, The Maestro Series, international retreats and Alma de Tango Festival — London's international Tango festival, all guided by a commitment to musicality, connection, artistic integrity and the living culture of Argentine Tango.
