September begins this Thursday with Guest DJ “El Tano” Ivo Ambrosi, the return of La Ronda Tanguera, our pre-milonga class, Happy Hour and the Ropa de Tango Feria.
Then on Saturday 19 September we turn Abrázame into an immersive 80s & 90s Gala Milonga, before celebrating Juan Herrera’s birthday on Thursday 24 September.

After the wonderful response to our first feria, Ropa de Tango Feria continues throughout September.
You’ll find the feria at all three Abrázame editions:
Thursday 3 September · Saturday 19 September · Thursday 24 September
Dancers can buy, sell or exchange tango clothes and shoes and give beautiful pieces they no longer wear a new home.
Dresses, skirts, trousers, shirts, tango shoes and more — bring them back into the tango community instead of leaving them in the wardrobe.

Saturday Gala Milonga
Saturday 19 September will not look like an ordinary Abrázame Gala. We’re taking the room back in time.
Back to the 80s & 90s

Neon. Disco. Big hair. Denim. Sequins. Bold colours and unmistakable 80s & 90s style.
For one night, Abrázame will be transformed into a playful retro world with a disco ball at the centre of the room and an atmosphere inspired by two unforgettable decades.
This is still an Abrázame Tango Gala — but the room, the people and the atmosphere are going back to the 80s & 90s.
DRESS CODE — PART OF THE EXPERIENCE
Come dressed in 80s or 90s style.
The dress code is an essential part of this immersive night and 80s/90s dress is required for entry.

Our final September edition will be a very special Thursday as we celebrate the birthday of Juan Herrera .
Juan is one of Abrázame’s resident DJs, and for his birthday he’ll also be behind the decks for the night.
